ACTIVATE is a virtual fan con with an activist twist designed for teen artists, writers, gamers, activists, and fans from all walks of life. This year's event will feature dynamic panels highlighting BIPOC and LGBTQ+ creators.
You can register and attend as many of the sessions as you'd like, including cheering on Amaryllis in her panel, Art as Activism on Friday, July 23rd, and taking part in Daniel's workshop, Discovering Stories of Self, Us, and Now on Sat. July 24th. The Lawrence Public Library will have computer stations available with reliable, free wifi for Lawrence teens who register.
