james-valentín is a poet, teaching artist and community organizer from Lawrence, MA, and El Cibao. j-v’s work centers his experiences as a queer person of color living in diaspora.

“I am not taking commissions or selling art at this time. Right now, you can support me by either donating to our Emergency Staff Fund @ ET to help other artists and I keep developing projects for our community or by donating to me directly through Cashapp ($wateryears) or Venmo (@wateryears).”
